The Sacramento Food Film Festival just got spicier! Join us for a
21+ brunch screening of the short film Sriracha, winner of Best
Short Film at the New York Food Film Festival, on March
28 at Preservation & Co.
A complimentary bloody mary made with Preservation & Co.’s
signature mix will be served alongside a light brunch by Matt
Parker of Forrester Food. Guest can also purchase Sriracha
inspired cocktails by Brad Peters, President of the Sacramento
Chapter of the US Bartenders Guild, and nitro coffee courtesy of
Chocolate Fish Coffee’s nitro trike. Hot sauce lovers will get to
taste dishes incorporating Huy Fong’s Sriracha sauce featured in
the film.
