Women in Construction Conference 2026 (WIC 2026) brings construction-industry professionals, leaders, employers, project teams and emerging talent to Sacramento for two days of leadership, workforce development, professional growth and industry connection.

Programming includes keynote speakers Vicky Hoyt, Amy Trask, Ann McNeill and Barbara Corcoran; Day Two industry speaker Sheronda Carr; workshops focused on Gen Z employment priorities, leadership, project delivery, workplace culture and innovation; exhibitors; networking; a live podcast hosted by The Build Line; and attendee activations.
