We are hosting the Josh’s Heart Homeless Connect on Saturday, August 12, 2023 (9am-3pm).

This is a one-day event for the homeless to gather, meet with local and state agencies and services, get some food, listen to live music, and have some fun. We will have portable showers, mobile medical dental and optical to include a mobile lab, new t-shirt, shorts, underwear and socks as well as a chance to get a haircut. We are anticipating around 300 homeless guests.

We need volunteers for multiple dates: – Assembling Blessing Backpacks on July 26th & 27th. – Setting up the mobile dental and optical labs on August 11th. – Early morning set-up and late evening tear-down on August 12th. – Multiple duties and shifts at the Homeless Connect on August 12th.
