Mark Smith is the senior policy advisor at Environmental and Energy Consulting, a full-service lobbying and consulting firm specializing in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. advocacy. The firm has extensive policy knowledge in a wide range of issues, including: adaptation, climate, conservation, energy, oceans, renewable technologies, toxics, transportation and water. Mark specializes in conservation, natural resources and water policy. He also directs EEC’s federal government relations program and strategy for clients.
