Chris Strain, Cushman & Wakefield, Executive Director
Chris Strain is an Executive Director at the Central Valley office of Cushman & Wakefield based in Sacramento, California. He exclusively represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate. Chris is a 26-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1987 with Cushman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles, California. In 1994, he relocated to Northern California and opened Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento office in 2007. Chris is a licensed California real estate broker and a Certified Green Broker.
Alexis Garrett, JLL
Ms. Garrett is a Vice President at JLL where she specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial office properties in Downtown, Sacramento, representing tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers. Notable achievements during her nine year career include leasing and marketing strategies for 1.3 million square feet of Downtown high-rise office buildings, representing LNR Partners in the sale and leasing of The Senator, a 175,000 SF trophy asset, representing Tsakopoulos Investments in the ground up lease-up of 500 Capitol Mall, 445,000 SF. She has transacted over 1 million square feet of leases and sales of diverse property types, including office, MOB, industrial/ flex and land and negotiated the purchase of 645 acres for a solar development. Her clients include investors, private and institutional owners of real estate, and large and small companies in the for-profit, healthcare, government, education and non-profit sectors.

Sean Gallinger, Kidder Mathews, Associate Vice President
Sean joined Kidder Mathews in 2015. Prior to that, he was with Voit Real Estate Services. Sean began his professional career working for a firm that serviced Fortune 500 companies such as Colony Capital, Colony Advisors, Bank of the West, US Bank, and others. The firm provided a vast array of services including valuation/underwriting, asset management, and special servicing. His biggest projects were the underwriting of bids for distressed debt portfolios that the FDIC had under receivership. These pools of debt had unpaid balances in the multibillion dollar range. Sean worked 70-80 hour weeks in order to gain as much knowledge and experience as he could. He has valued or underwritten thousands of real estate assets, debt, and borrowers. This institutional experience gave Sean the confidence to start his own company and he completed a successful value-add project comprising of 20 acres of residential land and a single family residence.
