Victory Park Summer Concerts are back! During the summer months, the Stockton Concerts In Victory Park Inc. puts on an entertaining series of concerts on Wednesday evenings starting at 6 pm, FREE of charge. The free, family-friendly concerts are held behind the Haggin Museum in Victory Park and play a variety of music ranging from Latin jazz to lite rock to bluegrass, with a taste of folk, new age, and country.
