Join CREW Sacramento for their March breakfast program, featuring guest speaker Kipp Blewet.

Upon joining Spieker Properties in 1996, Kipp was responsible for the development, acquisition and management of more than 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial property in more than 30 properties in the Sacramento metropolitan area. Prior to joining Spieker, Kipp worked in Citicorp’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City.

Kipp earned a BS in Real Estate Finance from USC and an MBA in Finance from Duke. He’s currently on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Sacramento Partnership. Kipp was also recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Convention and Visitors (CVB).
