Acquire the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with co-workers who are different based on any of the key dimensions of diversity-human, cultural or systems. Through group and paired exercises, you’ll practice skills for successful conflict resolution and coaching, and receive feedback for improvement.

You’ll leave the workshop able to master the four steps of conflict:
1. Identify the key source of conflict between individuals
2. Resolve conflicts individually 
3. Coach others in their relationships
4. Overcome communication breakdowns
