  • Models for collaborations between policymakers, practitioners, and the financial community

  • Research addressing how to improve regional food system and more.

We are thrilled to welcome our keynote speaker, new USDA Rural Development California Director Kim Dolbrow Vann! Dolbow Vann brings more than 20 years of experience and dedication to economic development and the improvement of rural life. As State Director, Dolbow Vann will use her leadership experience to oversee Rural Development programs in a customer-focused manner to restore prosperity in rural California.
