Founded in 1892, the mission of the Kingsley Art Club is to
promote knowledge and appreciation of art among its members and
in the community. These monthly lectures feature local and
regional artists and other arts insiders.
On Wednesday, November 19, 1:15pm Gary Kurutz, Librarian Emeritus
of the California State Library, will offer behind-the-scenes
details of the Library’s recent 4-year $40 million restoration
including the efforts to safeguard historical features and
magnificent public art. Space is limited and reserving tickets in
advance is recommended.
