Farmworkers are often an invisible part of our food and farming system, yet a crucial piece to getting food from the fields to our plates. Perhaps counterintuitive, many of our farm working communities are the most food insecure in the country. Race and immigration are central issues to this problem. Come have a discussion with farm worker experts about policies and situations effecting our farm workers in CA, as well as solutions to the inequities these communities face.
