Sacramento is not just the state capital, it is also the capital of the farm to fork movement.  As the largest agricultural producer in the nation, California provides more than 50% of the fruits and vegetables consumed in America.  Additionally, the area’s restaurateurs and products are gaining international acclaim, and this year’s Tower Bridge dinner sold out in a record 15 seconds.
