The Slaven family ranch and Matchbook Wine Company cordially invite Sacramento region residents to Zamora, CA to for a weekend of sheepdog trials and wine tasting.

Slaven Ranch in Yolo County’s rolling Dunnigan Hills will play host to the 2016 Zamora Hills Sheepdog Trials, with some of the world’s greatest sheepdogs competing in this USBCHA-sanctioned event. Spectators are invited to attend, and then to enjoy award-winning wines at neighboring Matchbook Wine Company.

Guests to the trials are encouraged to bring binoculars and chairs. Lunch will be available Saturday and Sunday from Smokin’ Ewe BBQ, which is serving up barbecue lamb and chicken. Pets are not recommended.
