Dr. Scott is the Chief Medical Information Officer for the Department of Health Care Services. Highlights from her career include serving as the Interim Deputy Secretary for Health Information Technology at the California Health and Human Services Agency, the California State Registrar and Deputy Director of Health Information and Strategic Planning in the California Department of Public Health, and a General Medical Officer with the United States Navy.
