The American River College Foundation and Amador Vintners present Forks & Corks, a food & wine event to benefit ARC’s culinary arts program. ‘Forks & Corks’ is a wine and food pairing event showcasing the fabulous wineries of the Amador Vintners and some of Sacramento’s best restaurants. Enjoy cuisine with Amador varieties originating from France, Spain, Italy, and of course, California. Other activities include music, chats with wine makers and wine blenders, raffles and a silent auction. A chef competition will round out the fun affair. A ceremonial ground breaking just weeks after ‘Forks & Corks’ will highlight the start of construction for a $10 million culinary institute.
