Russell Lowery is the executive director of Californians for Sports Betting, which was founded in response to the recent Supreme Court decision authorizing states to legalize sports betting, and is made up of individuals who want to place legal sports bets in California. Lowery is also managing partner of Competitive Edge Advantage, a public affairs company in Sacramento that provides political, policy and strategic guidance to clients throughout California.
