Empower: A Legacy of Service

Presented by Valley Vision

Back May 25, 2017 @ 6 pm

Join us for Valley Vision’s annual celebration featuring fine local foods, wines and craft beers, and an annual cause celebrating our region’s nonprofit organizations making a difference in the lives of residents.

At a newly modeled event on May 25 at 6 p.m. where guests will enjoy an array of appetizers and mingle together in the beautiful California Museum courtyard, Valley Vision will recognize and celebrate our region’s food banks, shelters, homeless advocates, and others to honor their important contributions and the good work they carry out every day. Please also consult the sponsor benefits document, which outlines the benefits that sponsors of the event can expect to receive.

Meeting the basic needs of people living in our communities has long been a driving force behind much of Valley Vision’s work for more than two decades. That includes ensuring that those who need it most have access to healthy food, employment opportunities, health care and the Internet. In 2016, Valley Vision’s board formally adopted the Urban Jobs Initiative, a new long-term endeavor designed to open up access to opportunities for those living in concentrated poverty.
