Nestled in the basement of the historic Sterling Hotel in downtown Sacramento, Restaurant Thir13en is the latest gastronomic brainchild of homegrown culinary enthusiast Adam Pechal. As with Tuli Bistro, which he opened in 2007, Pechal’s newest endeavor showcases his love for local and seasonal foods. Thir13en serves lunch and dinner daily, and it’s open-air corner patio has become a favored destination for weekend brunch.
