The Sacramento Homeless Organizing Committee (SHOC) is thrilled to be hosting it again. This event will include participants that have been impacted by homelessness and those who have been collaborating with unhoused residents in the field of advocacy and outreach services, focusing on the realities of racial oppression – as well as ways forward that will uplift all. We will reach out and connect intersectionally to homeless Black, Brown, and Indigenous individuals around our city and county that need our support economically for this summit.
