Whether it’s on paper, on skin or in print, Ink is everywhere at this month’s Art Mix. Enjoy live music by James Cavern and the Council, and other Sacramento songwriters who turn ink on paper into music for the masses. View live tattoo demos by local artists and shops, Squid Ink culinary demonstrations, and hot off the press talks on Master Drawings in the Crocker’s collection. Third Space and Phonoselect Records will present a Zine-it workshop and pop up shop that will showcase local zinesters. Create postcards on an antique letterpress with Delta Workshop, and burlesque life drawings with Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School.

Free for Museum members and $10 nonmembers. College students get a $2 discount on tickets. Drink specials under $5 all night. Art Mix takes place every second Thursday of the month.
