Think you got the best BBQ Pork Ribs in town? Now is your chance to put your grillin’ skills where mouth is! Cameron Park Country fest is hosting the 1st annual Backyard BBQ Competition, sponsored by Fork Lift.

Show off your BBQ skills and compete for the opportunity to be crowned Cameron Park Country Fest’s Backyard BBQ King (or Queen) and braggin’ rights for a year!

This is an amateur competition open to 15 teams. The entry fee is $75.00 per team plus a refundable $50.00 cleaning deposit and we supply the ribs! Trophy and cash prizes will be awarded for first and second place ribs as determined by our judges.

Additionally, there will be a People’s Choice award. Event attendees will be able to purchase tasting tickets for a sampling from each team and vote on their favorite. The team with the most votes will win the People’s Choice award.
