Beginning Birding at Taylor Ranch Preserve

Presented by Placer Land Trust

Back Event Apr 30, 2017 @ 8:30 am

Join us for Beginning Bird Watching on Sunday, April 30, at 8:30am. This excursion on the Taylor Ranch Preserve is open to all levels of birders; no prior experience necessary, and more advanced birders are welcome too!

We will saunter along the banks of Raccoon Creek and wend slowly through the Blue oak grassland looking and listening for year-round residents and migrating songbirds. We’ll practice basic birding identification skills and likely will get to know the common residents of this beautiful riparian forest habitat.
