Please join us for our first fast-paced cardio fitness hike! We will be keeping a brisk pace, but not jogging. Our goal is to break a sweat and get our heart rates up, while stopping periodically to enjoy the views and do group stretching.
If you can walk 4 miles per hour on regular terrain, then this hike is for you! Our trained docents will lead the way for this exciting new exercise hike. The hike starts at 10:00 a.m.
