Much of the work we do in teams, as members of a work group, a task force, or the senior leadership team depends on well-facilitated, successful meetings. Yet all too often, meetings are difficult and a seemingly unproductive use of time. 

Examine the unique challenges of facilitating executive-level meetings, and learn tools and concepts for successfully planning and conducting these important events. You’ll leave the workshop with the courage to say “yes” to requests to serve as a facilitator to more senior groups.
