The Halloween Spooktacular is a Town Center favorite and will feature trick-or-treating at Town Center participating businesses. A costume contest for kids and dogs will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the Steven Young Amphitheater with categories for Most Creative, Hero/Villain or Princess, Cutest, Most Scariest and Best Group. This year we have added a photo contest as well.
