Positive Coaching Alliance’s Sacramento chapter is proud to announce San Francisco 49ers legend and Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young will deliver the keynote address during the 2016 Jeans and Jerseys Youth Sports Awards.

The event will pay tribute to regional developer and Sacramento native Phil Oates of Buzz Oates, longtime Rocklin High School baseball coach Roc Murray and a number of amateur athletes. A variety of sports media personalities will present scholarships and awards throughout the night.
