Once a month during the warm Sacramento summer, Ginger Elizabeth holds an Ice Cream Social. They feature an ice cream sundae specially created by Ginger Elizabeth and available for one day only.
The sundae for June includes Ferrari Farms Bing cherry Brown Betty made with Manresa bread Pain au Levain, cherry butter sauce, frozen custard made with Contreras Farm duck eggs, and chantilly.
All of the ice creams are handcrafted in micro-batches using organic milk and local dairy from Clover Stornetta, eggs from Vega Farms and chocolate from Valrhona. Ginger Elizabeth works with local organic farmers to source fruit at the peak of its season.
