Every First Thursday SAR Commercial Division provides an informative presentation from an esteemed real estate attorney that specializes in commercial real estate. Topics each month will vary but will focus on information important to every business involved in negotiating or purchasing commercial real estate.
January 8th will be presented by Bob McCormick with Downey Brand. Mr. McCormick will discuss the intimate issues involving giving and getting options to purchase, expand and renew. Bob will recommend specific clauses and wording. Review the consequences of the affects on values and lease rates and purchase prices.
