Thursday, September 15, 2022. The outdoor Midtown Mini – a 30-hole miniature golf activation set-up at 20th & K Streets – will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by an always-popular indoor/outdoor Midtown Love celebration at the iconic Faces Nightclub (2000 K Street) from 7-9 p.m. Complete with an awe-inspiring aerialist performance (new this year!), food and drinks, entertaining live music, putt-putt golf, mermaids, drag performers, a photo booth, raffle prizes and more, the celebratory event raises funds to support Midtown’s resiliency efforts for local restaurants, bars, and retail establishments as well as help sustain the health-focused and free programming offered in various Midtown Parks.
During the Midtown Mini, golf foursomes will play 30 creatively decorated holes, and have the chance to win amazing prizes that include a Sutter Health Suite at a Sacramento Kings game for a group of friends and family, an energizing private group ride experience at CycleBar, and more. As always, Midtown Mini participants are encouraged to dress in their best/loudest/most outlandish golf attire for a chance to win the coveted Golden Sweater Vest trophy. Plus, a limited number of raffle tickets will be available for the opportunity to win a beautiful pearl necklace valued at more than $3,000. Utilizing indoor, outdoor and poolside spaces at Faces Nightclub, the Midtown Love annual celebration is designed to showcase the dynamic and eclectic vibe that makes Midtown the center for culture, creativity and vibrancy in Sacramento’s urban core while providing an opportunity to network with many of Midtown’s key influencers, business owners and involved community members. The event will also offer an incredible night of dancing, interactive artistry in motion, and a photo booth that offers a perfect backdrop for memorable photos. Of course, Midtown Love guests will enjoy amazing cocktails, bountiful sampling of some of Midtown’s most popular restaurants and eating establishments along with having a chance to win great prizes.
New this year, the Midtown Mini is open to the public with tickets available for individuals. Cost is $100 per person (or $75 per person with promo code mini25 at checkout) and tickets are available via Eventbrite. With each public ticket, participants receive two drink tickets, unlimited food sampling and the opportunity to win exciting grand prizes. The Midtown Love celebration at Faces Nightclub is exclusively available for sponsors and partners.
