As Human Resources professionals, we spend a great deal of time trying to raise the level of employee engagement in the organizations we serve. But what does employee engagement really mean? Learn a new model of employee engagement that:
1) Gives employees a role in changing the culture, not just leadership and management
2) Balances both cognitive and behavioral skills needed to achieve high performance
3) Develops employees for greater ROI Focusing on two key areas -personal performance and leadership support – we will take a deep dive into the employee engagement process, and demonstrate that when grounded in the proper principles and philosophies, engagement serves as a key driver in the creation of a high performance.

It also allows employees to fine tune their work schedule to their most productive hours of the day.
