Kerri has been working for SAFE Credit Union in the Contact Center for over 7 years. She is currently an Assistant Manager in the Contact Center, overseeing the Service Quality Team and all internal audits. She first became involved in Safe’s DEI efforts after becoming one of the leaders in their Employee Resource Group EmpowHERment in 2020. Kerrie’s time in EmpowHERment has taught her so much already, and has opened her eyes to the many challenges people of diverse groups face every day. Her favorite part of having a role in one of their ERGs is all of the great relationships she has been able to build within the three groups at SAFE – EmpowHERment, B@S (Black at Safe) and PLUS. As a woman working in banking, Kerrie is so proud of SAFE for implementing these groups and supporting their cause. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four fur babies. She loves practicing yoga, discovering new restaurants and watching the latest True Crime documentaries.
