Chef Chantalle Malneck has created an inspired menu to be complemented with award winning River City Brews by Brennan Holmes: Course 1 Roasted Tomatillo and Corn Chowder With cornbread croutons Paired with Cap City IPA Course 2 Mt. Lassen Trout Stuffed with Dungeness crab, onions, spinach, red peppers and bread crumbs on wilted garlic chard with basil-lemon butter Paired with Vienna Course 3 Flank Steak and Vegetable Skewers With eggplant, peppers and tomatoes on California brown rice with chimichurri Paired with Pilsner Course 4 Apple Donuts With caramel crème anglaise Paired with Woodenhead Tickets for the series include all 4 courses and the specially paired RCBC beers.
Tickets are just $40 and portion of the proceeds will benefit River City Food Bank.
