Calling all local brew & bread fans: Federalist Public House is
hosting a night of food, film and beer during the Sacramento Food
Film Festival! Come for the pizza and beer, stay to watch a super
celery food film [surprise title to be released soon] celebrating
all things grain!
Chef Shannon McElroy will create paired items from Federalist’s
menu with a complimentary beer flight featuring five local
breweries: Berryessa Brewing Company, Bike Dog Brewing Co.,
Ruhstaller Brewery, Track 7 Brewing Co, and Yolo Brewing Company.
VIPea guests will learn from Chef Shannon McElroy how the
professionals make pizza dough and get to take home a yeast
starter to make their own pizza at home!
