Single Mom Strong’s Empowerment Center is expanding! Come out to celebrate the opening of our Career Clothing Closet, which provides FREE access to professional clothing for single mothers, AND preview our two new EmpowerME Preschool & Childcare classrooms, which will host full-day infant and toddler child care (expected fourth quarter-license pending). Join the fun as moms are invited to “shop” the closet, while kids have a scavenger hunt and we all enjoy pizza and refreshments. There will be a ribbon cutting and remarks by special guests at 5:15pm and we will celebrate our contributors from SMUD’s “Building Leadership Talent” team, a major donor to this project! Please note: pre-registration is required to shop the closet and participate in the children’s activities.
