As a part of AIACV’s Experience Architecture 2020, join us for this panel discussion and presentation for Lionakis’ project at 12th & O.

Overview : Clifford L. Allenby served the State of California with distinction for more than five decades and answered the call of six gubernatorial administrations, always maintaining a reputation for integrity and dedication to the state he loved. Join this presentation to learn about the new State Office Building that will carry his name before its opening in the Spring of 2021!

The Clifford L. Allenby State Office Building will house the California Health and Human Services Agency, the Department of State Hospitals, and the Department of Developmental Services. The building is 11 stories and 360,000 square feet and has been designed to be Zero Net Energy, achieving a LEED Platinum Certification. It features a concrete structural system, ample natural light and sweeping views of the City of Sacramento.
