A consummate favorite of the Sacramento Music Festival (formerly the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee), Tom Rigney and Flambeau specialize in fiery Cajun and zydeco two-steps, low-down blues, and funky New Orleans grooves. Their high energy show is a visual spectacle, much like the café concerts depicted in the exhibition “Toulouse Lautrec and La Vie Moderne: Paris 1880 -1910.”
