Kaiser Permanente’s Capitol Mall Walk to Thrive club has officially kicked-off this season. The walks coincide with the seasonal Farmers Market at 6th and Capitol Street each Thursday at 11:45 in Downtown Sacramento.

Bring a friend and join Kaiser at their booth for fun and fitness! You’ll receive a free t-shirt, and complimentary gift — and membership is free.  The walking club is open to all members and nonmembers of Kaiser Permanente.
