This year’s parade will feature more than 2,000 participants, including colorful floats, classic cars, horseback riders, color guards, and a variety of local community organizations.

The parade will stage in the Target/HomeGoods parking lot and begin on E. Bidwell Street near Montrose Drive. Participants will travel west along E. Bidwell Street, north on Coloma Street, and continue to Natoma Street. The celebration will conclude with a special ceremony honoring local veterans at the Veterans Memorial in City Lions Park.Traffic Closures and Detours.

Motorists should plan for the following temporary road closures:

E. Bidwell Street: All lanes closed from approximately 8 to 11 a.m.

Natoma Street: Closed between Coloma Street and Wales Drive from approximately 9:15 to 11:15 a.m.

All roads will reopen as soon as the parade concludes. Detours will be marked, and motorists are encouraged to use Riley Street and School Street as alternate routes.
