The Heart Walk brings people together across Sacramento. They are corporate sponsors, walk teams, survivors, and lifestyle change hero’s. We come together for a common goal: to combat our nation’s biggest health threats - heart disease and stroke. By taking our hearts on a walk and raising critical funds to drive our mission.
