Presented by Kaiser

Back Jan 22, 2019 @ 8 am

What could downtown Sacramento look like ten years from now? Join Downtown Sacramento Partnership and local community and business leaders to explore the amenities and assets that will give our downtown the strategic advantage and be the envy of other cities.

The 21st annual State of Downtown breakfast presented by Kaiser Permanente will review the great strides made in downtown, as well as preview upcoming revitalization initiatives and projects with an address by Mayor Darrell Steinberg, special JVance Stewart Community Service Award presentation and keynote by Kate Joncas.

Don’t miss a compelling discussion with keynote speaker, Kate Joncas. As the President & CEO of the Downtown Seattle Association for two decades, Kate Joncas championed the creation of a vibrant downtown with great retail, transportation, jobs and residents. She went on to lead complex projects as Seattle’s Deputy Mayor, including the expansion of the Convention Center and development of the waterfront. Today, Kate focuses on urban development efforts across the country and is ready to inspire Sacramento to think big in the next decade.
