On October 28, Mark Cavagnero, FAIA, will host a conversation with Julie Nola, AIA, LEED AP, Associate Vice Chancellor and University Architect at UC Davis. Cavagnero and Nola will speak about the practice of placemaking, a throughline in both of their careers, and the power of design to build community and shape the social fabric of a place. The conversation is part of AIA Central Valley’s Experience Architecture month and celebrates the publication of Mark Cavagnero Architect, his first monograph.
