Speakers

  1. Aaron Frank, Principal Faculty, Singularity University: Aaron Frank is a writer and speaker focused on the effects that emerging technologies have on business, society, and culture. As a writer, his articles have appeared in Vice’s Motherboard, Wired UK, Forbes, and Venturebeat. As a speaker, Aaron has lectured for audiences and organizations including the CIA, The US Department of Defense, The Coca-Cola Company, AAAS, Sony, Under Armour and more.
  2. Austin Brown, Ph.D., Executive Director, UC Davis Policy Institute for Energy, Environment, and the Economy: Austin Brown focuses on technologies and policies for clean energy and sustainable transportation. He directs the UC Davis Policy Institute for Energy, the Environment, and the Economy, which leverages world-class university expertise and engages directly with decision-makers to deliver credible, relevant, and timely information and analysis to inform better energy and environmental policy. He recently served an 18 month detail in the Obama White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
