Sacramento’s growing community of Artists and Artisans are making it easier to shop small, shop local, and support local community by coming together every second Saturday for the Midtown Bizarre at Identity Coffees.
Touted as a “strangely amazing” bazaar, the monthly event held encourages human interaction and community building through its support of small and local business. Artists and Artisans share the fruits of their labor in a family-friendly environment, shaking hands and having conversations over displays of everything from art, to apparel, décor, accessories and specialty food items. Identity Coffees meanwhile offers space, and event coordination to the vendors, a menu of single origin coffee and eats to patrons, and a beautiful 4500 square foot Midtown cafe as a backdrop to the colorful event.
Identity Coffees Co-Owners Lucky Rodrigues and Ryan Rake are big supporters of the Sacramento creative and independent scene having met years ago as local musicians.
