On Oct. 6, the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs (APAPA) Association held its 21st Anniversary Celebration at Yin Ranch in Vacaville with special guest Governor Gavin Newsom. A VIP reception and ribbon cutting was held at the Yin Ranch Pavilion to celebrate the
new Asian Heritage Center now under construction. The main event was held in the Yin Ranch olive grove. APAPA’s mission is to advance the AANHPI communities through leadership development and increased civic engagement.
