Community members are invited to United Way California Capital Region’s fourth annual United in Purpose Gala on March 28 at 5 p.m. The event, which will take place at Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento, will raise funds for the local United Way’s work to ensure all families in the community can thrive.

Join Single Mom Strong for a fun and welcoming Speed Friending event designed for single mothers to connect and build meaningful community. Through guided rounds of conversation, you will have the chance to meet other local moms in a relaxed and fun environment. You may even meet your new MFF (Mom Friend Forever). Refreshments will be served.

On March 24, 2026, USAC Hall of Famer and leader of one of America’s most renowned Sprint Car Racing Schools, Jimmy Sills, will be at CAM!

Local residents throughout the Sacramento region are eligible to file their taxes for free through United Way California Capital Region’s Free Tax Prep program that runs through April 15.

On the first weekend of every month, we participate in the Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. Museums on Us is available to Bank of America, Merrill, or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit cardholders during the first full weekend of every month. Visitors must show their card and a valid photo ID at the front desk.
