Tower Bridge Dinner

Sept. 11 marked the return of Visit Sacramento’s annual Tower Bridge Dinner, one of the nation’s most unforgettable dining experiences. Hundreds gathered to enjoy a locally sourced dinner prepared by regional and international top chefs served along Sacramento’s famed Tower Bridge.

American Cancer Society

Sacramento Hope Gala

After a two-year hiatus, the American Cancer Society Hope Gala returned on Sept. 10 at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in downtown Sacramento. The event featured live performances by the Sacramento Ballet and comedian Turner Sparks, a live auction, stories from survivors, and more. The event raised $125,000 for cancer research.

Metro Edge

Emerge Summit

On Sept. 15, Metro EDGE held its annual Emerge Summit at The Sofia, Home of the B Street Theatre, in Midtown Sacramento. The young professionals conference included inspirational speakers, breakout sessions and networking for the best and the brightest of the Capital Region’s young leaders. Metro EDGE is a program of the Sacramento Metro Chamber Foundation.

Midtown Association

Midtown Mini and Midtown Love

The Midtown Association held its highly-anticipated Midtown Mini and Midtown Love events on Sept. 15. The 30-hole miniature golf tournament on 20th Street was followed by a celebration to raise funds for the Midtown Association and Midtown Parks and to support Midtown’s vibrant small-business and arts community.
